I’m very proud this day to be able to bring you more of hopefully many excerpts from my lost series of fantasy novels. Farever and it’s dozenous sequels have all been out of print since 1983 and due to an unending battle with the publisher may never see the light of day again. However, thanks to a legal loophole that my lawyer recently figured out, I am able to print random samples from throughout the entire series (along with some of the gorgeous artistic renderings done by Abigail Parker).

Excerpt from Farever Book 12 - Return to Wildebeast Woods.

Faunce tossed a stone up the stairs and into the tree. It disappeared as though through a curtain!

“I’m the bravest,” declared Golth, “I shall pass first.”

Golth climbed the stairs bravely and walked into the invisible doorway within the tree. No sound escaped the ancient wood.

“Faunce,” Vinta turned to her fellow travel and spoke compassionately, “I want you to stay here. If we don’t return…find help. Do not come after us. The ale troll at the Bridge of One Thousand Sorrows, he knows more than seems. Find him and secure our rescue.”

Faunce nodded meekly as Vinta turned and climbed the staircase. She passed the threshold and disappeared.

The other side was a whirlwind of colour and pleasure. Vinta felt tongues all over her body. A pit of ecstasy grew within her belly. A kaleidoscopic cacophony of unknown truths. Golth seemed miles ahead of her as she twisted and turned amidst waves of undulating breathtakery.

A full day passed before Faunce finally gathered the courage to head back East.
